VOOT Events - Winter '01/02

I am currently aware of two North American VOOT events taking place this Winter. Regarding the Seattle Tourney, contact me if you are interested or possibly going and I will hook you up with the organizers to get everything ready.

Seattle Winter VOOT Tourney
Date: Saturday, December 29th, 2001
Where: Illusionz (arcade) - Seattle, WA

This event is looking to be pretty big. The setup looks to be the VOOT (5.4g) machine with a live monitor attached (for spectators). Lots of people are confirming their attendance and many more interested. The present estimate is around 25 and more to come. Players presently listed are coming from Seattle (WA), Auburn (WA), Portland (OR), Stanton (CA), and some other places I haven't been made aware of yet.

As for prizes, it looks like there will be some great prizes coming from all over, including some great stuff coming straight from Japan.

For those that can be around a day early, there's going to be a lot of VOOTing on
the 28th. Newbie tourney, hanging out, lots of VOOTing, etc... I also wouldn't be surprised if there are quite a few before and after parties. Those Auburn and Seattle guys are a pretty crazy bunch/versus/images/icons/cool.gif
