For everybody saturday night: as a lot of you people know I run Capital Punishment MMA class. If anybody is interesting in checking us out on Saturday night, your more than welcome. We are very close to UMCP (about 10-15 minutes). I run class from 6pm-9pm. Stop by if your interested!

Take the Chinatown bus to Washinton DC

Using the Train, and go to the RED LINE 'Gallary PL - Chinatown' towards Glenmont.

Get off at Fort Totten GREEN LINE, Take that line towards Greenbelt

Get off at "College Park U of MD"

 

As most of you guys up there at VTYME already know, the Florida crew was not able to make it up there.
