I just want to say thanks to Blackula and everyone who participated in VTYME. It was a lot of fun and honestly I didn't think I was going to beat Denkai after I lost our first match in the finals. Score one for the old timer with experience under his belt I guess.

Anyways, I want give props to all of the players that I met and I hope to meet them again in the future, but before I do that I have to thank all my NYC boys who attended and represented.

Blackula showed some serious Brad skills for having only CPU comp to train with. Danielle has so much potential! His concentration level is amazing and reminds me so much of Adam. You have to see how he reacts to throws and escapes at will almost like he can see the start up throw animation. He is also fairly good at striking. His only down fall is he uses Goh as his primary character. Goh is a great striker, but he falls short in many areas. Danielle keep up the good work man. You have a lot of talent, it's just going to be real tough using that character for now until VF5 comes out. Goh looks to be much stronger in VF5. Also I would like to note that Danielle's girl friend plays one hell of a good Pai. No button mashing shit either! And her VF knowledge is amazing. I was shocked at how much shit she knew about the game. I really hope those two really decide to visit NYC more often and train with us for VF5. Flash was really cool. I would have never guess the kid was a bboy dancer. There was one point when music was playing and people got up on stage doing there thing and I look up their and I'm like "yo isn't that flash?" Good shit man, I wish I could still move like that, but I am over the hill. Plus I am black so I am lazy by default.

Well that's it for now. I would write more shit, but I am super tired. I only had like 1 hour of sleep before I had to get up for work at 5AM this morning. I'm gonna grab some grub get a shower and watch some Boon Docks. Shadowdean and Shag, gave me the scoop on that show and I watch a few eps at Shadowdeans crib over the weekend and now I'm hooked. I too want to say thanks to everyone who participated in the VF department in VTYME. Espeically to Blackula who not only is a good fan/brad player but is also extremely hard working when it comes too organizing and a speical thanks to Shadowdean who invited us in his house and drove us to place to place..great times.

While thier was a decent amount of VF players compared to some events it would of been great to see even more players im sure fans here would of loved to have seen the finals matches between me and Konjou_Akira. I can only imagine the cheering inbetween rounds if the event was filled with VF fans

I would like to thank and congratulate all of the participants in the VF tourny. It was definately an eye opening experience. I loved my second match ..with flash i believe...it was real close man..I'd also like to thank the asian guy from NY with glasses..i believe who played akira..you taught me quite a bit in the several fights we had. Thank you for being so patient.. Once again, Blackula..ytm...hope to see some of you perhaps at Otakon06 next week!..

Well, I'd like to first say thanks to everyone who came to the tourney. Especially the NY cats for making the long trip to support this tournament. Konjou, Denkai, Shag, and Smurf, it was great meeting and playing each and every one of you. You guys are some cool guys and I hope we're able to do something like this in the future. Josh, thanks for having my friend and I at your place Saturday night. We really enjoyed ourselves. The games and everything. I think my friend is going to pick up VF now. I'm trying to spread the gospel of VF. The game is too damn good to not be played by the masses. Now, just wait until I learn how to correctly deal with Shun. Sorry, but I had to leave early, so I forfeited and bailed. I feel I missed out on alot, but thanks for posting up the vids. I had a great time, saw a lot of familair faces.

And Blackula, I remember playing a few matches with you before the tournament, it was fun. I hadn't even seen these results until today, great job on top 5.
