Hmm... I e-mailed them to drop me out of this one, but looks like I'm still on the bracket... just haven't been playing VF at all much since SoCal (offline or bust =( ). I'll probably give blacklac the bye. Hoping my mindset will be better about it and get in lots of serious games by the second qual.

I totally forgot about this, and found out that it's tomorrow. So how exactly does this play out? If I'm supposed to play "Usayami" it says I have to contact him, friend request him on Live, log in 15 min. before match starts, take digital pictures, etc. Seems a little complicated, haha.

One thing I couldn't find an answer for is how many matches do we play? One match, best of three??

Matches are best out of 5. You don't really need to take pictures. They're mainly for insurance just in case someone tries to be funny and put up wrong results. So far I haven't encountered someone like that. Just get on Live at the time you're supposed to. It's up to you how long you'll wait.

Yo sorry bout that Pine, didn't know the tourney was supposed to be 8pm when I signed up. Unfortunately I work 6pm-2am . For the next qualifier I'll ask for a few days off or something. One thing that confused me, where do we inform the judge of who we are using? The rules said something about that.

 

i won't be available tomorrow until 2pm pst. I've already played black lac. So my next opponent is either brisal or ken_i. I've sent both of you messages.
