what does the black book contain?

    i was just wondering what the black book was all about? since i dont know japanese. is it just a moves slash combo list or is it just like a bradygames strategy guide but in japanese? does it mention anything in the black book that most VF players dont know? just wondering. i appreciate some info thanks.
