WHat is Aoi doing?

I am curious....what is Aoi doing when she preforms this move:

Opponent is face down, head facing you. She does her ground throw, where she grabs the wrist and stomps down on the other hand.

What is she doing and what part of the body is taking the damage? The wrist and arm she is holding, or the one she stomps on?

Just curious.

 

the arm joint( i think that's what it is called) is taking damage. She steps on the opponent to sort of try and pull off his arm. Of cos in VF his arm wouldn't come off but that's the damage....

 

If this is the throw I am thinking of, the shoulder joint and rotator cuff is what takes the damage (unless she is just stomping on your head).
