What is Change Move A1/A2/B1/B2 About Actually?

I don't really understand what "Change Move" is about... Like example Brad's ++ >> ... And here can be his flicker jab in B2 and body break in B1... Help please...

 

It's the move of choice for your character in FT.

The B changemove is if you want slipleft to be the old evo crumble (P) hit or flickerjab (PP) as you can see.
