What is it with Jacky an even Sarah Players???

IMO... it's all up the the kind of opponent you are facing, the character is not cheap, but your opponent may be...

i've even seen cheap shuns....

 

Time out and Ring Outs are valid tactics
If they're options for winning then why not use them.

-Use of time to win. Simply have more life then they do.
-The time and energy advantage forces you to attack. Either your defense/offense is too weak or theirs is too strong.
-kill them before time runs out /versus/images/icons/tongue.gif
-an opponent who needs to win via time over is generally a sign of a poor player. Practice a bit and it's easy to be more skillful than they are.

-Choose a High Walls arena
-8 way walk
-use a reverse position throw
-dodge
-if they are on ledge, don't attack them with throw counterable moves. Everyone has move that are non throw counterable. Or moves that will push them out of ring if they are on ledge.
-you should know which throws will cause ringout or position exchange. Execute throw counter. IE TFT = "b+P+G"
-push them out of ring

Quit complaining. Win by time over or RO is normal in VF.
