    the version b of the command list and the version c of the command list?

    The version b command list is for VF4 version b (the Western arcade version) and the version c one is for the PS2 version and the version in Japanese arcades (though they propably are completely replaced with Evo ver. b by now). Commands are mostly (completely?) the same, but some properties of the moves have changed.

    PS2 VF4 = VF4 Version C
    PS2 VF4E = VF4E Version B
