What/Which characters attract scrubs/turtles/pitbulls?

    Have you ever noticed that in Kumite mode, some character almost always play the same? After I played a dozen Akira/Lei Fei/Jacky/Leon, I noticed most of them seemed to attack like mad and try to knock me out or ring me out (Akira appart tough, since they attacked relentlessly with sway throws and back slam, and pissing me off when one more blow will win thematchbut reversing it). But Leon was more of a turtle type, mostly these 2:Crash Dummy and... I forgot his name but he was 2 or 3rd dan...

    The question is, what kind of characters attract scrubs (lets not limmit ourselves to VF4)? What kind of move do they like to use? Does the super scrub exist (A scrub that blocks and counters a lot)? Wheres the nachos?
