    When it's in DOA5.

Some people at freestepdodge.com had mentioned that the DOA5 knee felt somehow easier to perform. This seemed unlikely, given that it still requires [K]+[G]!release[G] after 1F ([H] in DOA terminology).

Initially tests didn't seem any different to VF. You can still do only the known knee motion in terms of release after pressing [K]+[G].

However, when I tried [G].[K]+[G].[K] it worked (the full steps separate frames). You can also do [K].[K]+[G].[K]. You can even do [G].[K].[K]+[G].[K]

In other words, there's a little bit more leniency in terms of what comes before the [K]+[G] motion. VF does not allow this.

Just to be aware if you're playing DOA then coming back to VF5.

I usually piano K+G.K just in case I think that method works and it's one of the best IMO. The best way to input it is what Plague said is to briskly and simultaneously press K+G like a love tap. I use both methods.

    peace out cUDDY:cool:
