Which action replay to buy? HELP!

Hello, am new to this forum.
Since Evo is released in europe on the 20th of June, I need to know which action replay to buy to get the cheats for "all items" to work. I have only seen codes regarding the japanese actionreplay I think...
And were do I order a PAL action replay? any good sites?
Or does it not matter at all if you have a japanese, NTSC or PAL version?
