Which character has the highest easy combos?

Just wondering which character has the highest damage combos on launched opponents with the easiest execution?

Might try a new character based on that.

 

Jean and Goh can both hit the mid-80s on light/mid with no execution to speak of and are both good choices for basic, fundamental VF play.

Jean is probably the best character to learn the game with in general. He's basic, has a lot of great tools, hits like a truck, and is heavy enough that people aren't going to be hitting him with their biggest combos. He also offers a lot of room for advanced play with guard break, good sabakis, charge shenanigans, etc.
