Which characters have standing jabs faster than 12 frames execution?

And how many frames execution are they? Also, does everyone's 2P have the same frame data?

 

pai, kage, eileen, aoi have 11 frame jabs. All 2Ps are 12 frames

 

I think Lion has an 11 frame jab too.

 

It's cool that this is posted, questions are being asked and answered, but another helpful tool, is going to the Command List. You can click on a a category and have it numerically sort moves on Block, Counter-Hit, Start Up, etc.

Still, thanks to this, I remembered that Kage and Lion have 11f jabs. I thought it was just Pai and Eileen.

This is what I get for not knowing it all. Also shun has an 11f punch his 46p.

Oh just remembered Sara have 44p that is 10 frames too... fastest half circ in the game

I am also quite sure Lei have 10 frames jabs out of some of his stances... And that shun have 11-frame kick out of headstand

 

Don't forget that Eileen has a 11f P that has weird properties. Shun's 3p beats it at +2, but loses to other 11f P's. So in a sense it's weaker somehow (hitbox is shorter <- my guess)

 

Lei Hai Shiki P is 10 frames(the followup is a mid thats +9 on block ), but I don't think it counts since he has to waste time going into that stance with a lot of telegraphing.
It kinda exists only to discourage opponent from immediately attacking hai shiki after Lei went into the stance. As in, its not a poking move of any sort.

DS Vanessa 10f, no followups
Sarah 10f*, no followups*
Eileen 11f, high or mid followups
Pai/Lion/Kage 11f, high followups
Shun 11f, high or mid followups
