Which soundtrack are you currently using in FS?

So which soundtrack setting did you settle on for VF5:FS In-Game music? Or at least what are you currently set at?

(Try to keep one answer per week )

Currently I've set my game to play the Virtua Fighter 3-inspired soundtracks. Loving the Taka and Aoi music as much now as I did back then!

FYI, last week I had it set to good ol' VF1 goodness!

Next week will probably be VF4, especially after hearing it during SoCal VF's "The Late Show" livestream!

P.S. Also feel free to express your thoughts on a noteworthy track (love, hate, how it motivates you, how it's meh, etc...)!

 

ive set my game to play the vf3 soundtrack!!! espesialy for wolf theme..my favourite track of all vfs!!

 

the VF5R soundtrack kicks ass although when it comes to the Palace stage i much prefer the VF5FS music

 

VF2. I love VF2's music.

 

I was intended to use 2, but I tried 3 and I loved it, never expected it to be that good

 

I pratice on Wolf's stage all the time because his theme is so relaxing. Helps me think and focus. Sarah's theme is killer too. VF3 has that cool 90's synth sound that brings up memories of the TILT Arcade in Foster City, CA back in the day. Actually all the good arcades in the Bay Area had a VF3 cabinet in the 90's. I remember staring at VF3 in awe as a teen. Nothing could touch it graphically then. Unfortunatly it was way too expensive to get into back then. I actually own 2 VF3 arcade boards I got when I worked at GameWorks, but I haven't installed them into an arcade cab yet. I might sell one.

 

Started off with VF (Jeffery, Jacky & Sarah), then I've grown attached with Vf3 (Jeffery, Kage, Lau, Dural). I switch to vf2 sometimes for Lion's theme. Kinda wish that there was an option to randomize between all the games, Like I would have preferred hearing Brad's Vf5fs theme rather than his VF5 one.

 

VF3 and VF5:R is where it's at.

 

VF1 soundtrack is EPIC, got that going, might listen to VF2 music today.

 

VF2 coz its the only VF I played before VF5, plus the older tracks have a really nice retro feel.

 

Sorry to be nub but how do you actually change the soundtrack?

Go to options, and from there go to sound. It tells if you want Type A(VF 1) through F I believe. Me, I've been rocking VF5R and VF3. VF5R OST is amazing.

I like VF the best; Kage, Sarah, Jacky, and Wolf especially. Just wish you could change the VF5 characters, like someone else said. Also, do the 4 characters have their EVO BGMs or something, I know Vanessa's isn't right at least.

VF2 all the way. Haven't changed it since I got FS.

I only just changed from VF2 to VF1 just for that nostalgia hit but it is going back to VF2 tomorrow.

Nostalgia is cool but i find vf5fs soundtracks the best music by far because they mix strong melody and energy (somethingg i'd only seen in tk3)

Vanessa, Goh, Brad, Jeffrey, Wolf, and palace's theme just kick ass.

Let's no forget the select screen music (love the guitar riff).

Mostly use the default music though sometimes I might switch it to VF4.

Listening to the musik of R most of the time, but I also switch a lot to VF1, mainly because of the EVO soundtrack.
Clairvoyant ist still an awesome piece of music.

 

I switch between them, but usually use the standard FS soundtrack. I wish they had the soundtrack for 4:Evo in here, I really liked that one.

 

VF4 soundtrack, "Blue Impact" ftw !
