Who else is tired of Kage's bunny?

I'm at 10th dan and easily beat all who rank over me. But then some punk 2nd dan will come up (usually a Lei) and beat me. Then I get the bunny again. I think it's a set up. It is frustrating beyond belief. I've had the bunny four freakin' times. AAARRRGGGHHHH!!!!!

damn, I hate that friggin bunny. I'm at Hero right now and sumtimes I get the bunny even if I win! I mean wtf is that? Those lower dan opponents can get tough, I agree.

 

Learn to tech roll/quick rise more frequently... that's why you're getting it in the first place.

I wish more characters had disgrace items like this that would instantly show you that your game is lacking in some way when you start the next fight.

Learn to tech role? what do you mean by this? I assume quick rise is hiting all three buttons at the same time? I do this and Kage will still come up kicking which is not really what I want him to do when I am quick rising.
I am a newbie to the board and do not know much of the short hand please give me long hand version to help me out thanks in advance.

Oh thats the evasion move tap up a couple of times and hit p+g+k Yeah I do that all the time and I still have the bunny?

 

It's what they call "recovery" in the training mode: when you get knocked down, hit u+P+K+G, d+P+K+G, or just P+K+G just as you hit the floor. Fairly easy to pick up, and you'll lose the bunny very quickly.

Thank you. I'm gonna try that one out. Everytime I ask someone how to get rid of the dumm A#% rabbit they tell me to T/R and use P+K+G. I thought that they ment they wanted me to go into kage's other stance by using P+K+G and roll. I'm a 7th don who can beat higer rank fighters no prob. I'm just so dawm tire of that F#%K A%$ Bunny. I mean they could have at least gave him a bandana like Akira's squirle so at least he'd look like he was ready for war or something. but no he has to be bright blue with a yellow bow tie. He looks like some kind of a easter bunny or something.

 

It's a sick inside joke from the programmers at AM2.

They've probably programmed a million ways for you to earn the bunny, and the only way you can get rid of it is to techroll constantly. This is really evil, because anyone who knows their stuff about this game will know that if a Kage player hates the bunny, he'll T/R to get rid of it, thereby giving the opponent incentive to use anti-techroll attacks.

Very naughty on the part of AM2.
