Sorry, you're on crack. I think Sarah is one of the better looking characters with items, next to Wolf, Akira, Aoi, and Jeff to some extent.

 

I don't play Sarah myself. But I've seen one which was really good in colors. She had white pants, white details (the chain and stuff), green jacket and green shoes. That was pure beauty I tell you. And if I remember correct, some wings and the Orb-item hair on that.
