Why is the forum sometimes slow?

    1) Sometimes when posting or viewing a post the forum suddenly becomes very slow. Why? /versus/images/icons/frown.gif

    2) I tried viewing a post just now and got this error message which said something like there was a "TCP error" or something, the "server could be busy", etc. Hmm? /versus/images/icons/shocked.gif
