Xbox 360. I buy Xbox 360 because VF5 havn't on-line on PS3.
But VF6 on PS4.

The 30$ edition has been available since launch yesterday. I just waited for the new game carousel to rotate to the 30$ complete edition before clicking on it.

Once you pick it. You have to download and subsequently install all 19 packs and game separately. Took me about an hour. Was up and playing by 7pm ET ... played for 8 hours after that. BOOO work.

 

doing both (i have a dual mod stick); have the ps3 version now but will be picking up one for my 360 on payday. Until then, i'll remain in the lab so to speak

 

Those who own both (or who have played vanilla on both)... don't you guys find it more comfortable to play with the Xbox 360 controller? :\

In other words if the fighting game came out for both systems then I would always purchase mine for the PS3; for fighting games I just think its a better controller. For shooters I think 360 wins hands down, but that's off subject </span>

 

It is what it is, but if you use a stick, the decision hardly matters, beyond simple personal peference (and, such as in my case, if you own only one of the two systems).

 

I'm going to probably end up playing more on PS3 since I bought all the DLC in the bundle that was offered. I like being about to see everybody's gear.

 

That's another curious bit I noticed while playing online. There were only a couple of people with customized characters. Not that it really matters to the gameplay either way, but it was surprising to see that non-defaults were more the exception than the rule.

Then again, it was only the first day, so it doesn't surprise me that people were just itching for a fight and generally unconcerned with dressing up their Virtua menagerie.

 

The Xbox 360 has a total of "8363 players" on the Xbox Live Leader boards. I wonder how much the PS3 has.

 

That weird. I play other fighting games on PS3 and I feel like the xbox 360 has more players online to play against.... Either way. I hope this game stays alive for a very long time on any system.
