XBox 360 to PS3 Convertor?

Just got linked to this today, but I have no idea how well it works, as far as lag/delay.

There's vids of it working but who knows. Any of you heard anything on this product yet? I'd drop 40$ easily on this if it doesn't have any delay.

Does any PS3 to Xbox360 converter? Actually I prefer PS3 pad rather than Xbox360 one~

Same here, I want it the other way around. Any good products for connecting the PS3 controller to a 360?

 

I would prefer the PS2 controller over the PS3 controller it tends to be more responsive as far as I am concerned but not by much. I actually use my PS2 controller on my 360 with the converter. If I could use the PS3 controller it would be interesting.
