Xbox Live account sharing question

Due to my schedule, I jump on Xbox Live for a few days/weeks at a time and am often offline for a period. To prevent all the wasted prepaid time, can I allow someone else to use my Live account on their 360? What happens if we both try to log in at the same time? Is there any violation of the terms of service to share one Live account from two different countries?

 

Sharing an account is against the EULA I think.

 

pretty sure it's not allow bro and even if it was I don't think there is a way to have the same account online in 2 places. As the new one logs in the other will simply be logged out.

 

If you recover a gamertag in another xbox 360, the older tag won't work anymore if connected to live. Tested by me.

 

The new recovered tag will erase the older tag's history, which means u need to recover ur tag again on ur console if u want to play online.

I don't think there is any violation cuz no one can restict u buying another console placed different location.
