XFPS 360 converter

Can anyone confirm if this has ANY lag when using PS2 controllers/arcade sticks on the 360? I can't find any reviews stating whether or not it works flawlessly as a ps2/Xbox 360 converter (I'm already going to have to deal with occasional lag online, I don't need even more of it from a converter).

If I'm going to cave and get a 360 to have version C/online play; being able to use my MAS is crucial! Thanks in advance to anyone who can help.

I've heard that it performs well with a pad (dunno about a stick). I'd really like to use my Saturn style PS2 pad for VF5 360, but I haven't been able to find this adapter for less than $80, which is way too unreasonable.

 

The XFPS is a joke, even for the PS2 dual analog. It features the "dead zone" where your inputs won't be recognized for a second or two.

It's useless and the company that makes it refuses to even acknowledge this problem. There's supposed to be a 3rd version coming out soon which MAY fix it, but so far you should stay far away from the XFPS.

Has anyone tried any of the PS1&2-USB converters such as the JCPS201 with the Xbox 360? I actually own 1 of these, but do not have a 360 to test it out.
