I'll let you all babelfish it yourselves, esp. since the basics (move name and whether it improved, was made worse, or is just different) are in english already.

Meteor Punch 214P (d,d/b,b+P) (MP) is counterable by throw after block.
Second P after meteor punch (214PP) is counter attackable by elbow.
