Collector's Edition includes DOA Angels and DOA Devils swimsuits for all female characters.

Amazon: DOA Devils includes outfits for Tina, Ayane, and Christie.
Gamestop: DOA Angels includes outfits for Hitomi, Leifang, and Kasumi.

Collector's Edition will be $80
also comes with artbook.

So it looks like Sarah and (if she IS indeed in the game) Pai will have swimsuits.

Can someone give me a good idea of how DOA5 will differ from VF in terms of gameplay- what sort of skillsets will I need more or less?

I'm thinking about picking this up. but on the fence (I don't want TTT2 all that much)

Well, they already have bikinis in FS, so that's not a huge departure.

I think it has more to do with getting VF some more exposure and silencing the naysayers who think of the characters as boring.

... and many people are still in denial that DOA promotions use sex appeal as the main attraction to sell the series.

But yeah, the more exposure VF get the better. People will hopefully be curious to try the guest characters in their original game system as intended. SFxT has done the same thing for TTT2 and sparked some interest in 2D community to play the original incarnation of Tekken cast.

Right, because you now have to pay for the sex appeal which use to be free in the series.

Yeah BD, the new project director is all about focusing on other things and toning down the sex appeal

Not sure if u guys been keeping up with all the hype for DOA5. Here's a new video featuring bunny swimsuits for Hitomi, Kasumi, and Lei-Fang. Bad English voice acting returns.

The English voices don't suck?

 

I thought Kasumi's voice was the most decent.

 

Those mouths don't move nearly enough to produce any audible sounds. They need to get that facial animation working better.

 

It's probably because they're tied to the Japanese voices that they look awkward.

Either way, I'd rather them focus on the game not sucking over that.

 

You misunderstand, They don't move at all. Look at akira speak and then look at these faces; no movement man.
