another public resignation. this time over the recent trend of 'diary-peeking' and forcing prospective hires to open their facebook accounts. it is a disgusting practice and one that should be challenged in a court of law as it violates the privacy of the individual and information shared with the individual through their contacts.

The resignation letter misses this point and only hits on the unintended consequences of this opportunistic voyeurism from an HR hiring and management side.

Gotta love the justice system down in the usa, finding gems like this by the dozen everyday. Not only will she not face charges but the father isn't getting any compensation $$ from the greedy bastards. She doesn't even care about her dad being wrongly imprisoned, only stepped forward to "clear her consciousness." Makes me sad..
