[Travel] EVO Japan 2023

Hey there, I hope everyone is in good health/spirits.
Just saw the youtube video about Virtua Fighter being the main game next year :

Returned to the forums to read up on things
And it appears that a nice amount of non-native Japanese players (forum members)
Are planning to travel to the 2023 EVO Japan event.
Thought I would make a simple thread to talk about this.
Maybe some native Japanese players could share some nice spots for housing (AirBnB, Hotel, etc...)
And even some locations that have Virtua Fighter arcade machines.
Also, to share if there are any nice deals on plane tickets close to the venue.
With that said, feel free to share if you are planning to travel or attend next year's event.

But are any American forum members
Planning to travel to EVO Japan this year ?
Been watching some Japanese VF-Streams
And they are looking to connect with American VFDC players.
I know the arcade scene will be crazy that week !
