Storyline(top)

Shun had entered the 4th World Fighting Tournament to investigate the disappearance of his young apprentice, who had apparently been abducted by J6. Thinking that more information would come to light if he progressed through the competition, Shun fought with an extraordinary intensity that defied his age and battled his way through to the final round.

He still hadn’t uncovered anything by the time he faced Kage-Maru in the final match. With the sudden appearance of Dural throwing the tournament into total disarray, Shun’s hopes of locating his apprentice came to an abrupt end.

Returning to his life in retirement, Shun had almost given up hope when one day, almost as if to taunt him, an invitation to the 5th World Fighting Tournament arrived. The sender's name was that of his missing apprentice. Stunned, Shun was determined to uncover the truth once and for all and entered the tournament.
