There are a few select moves which allow you to throw your opponent if you are
MC'ed by one of those moves from _him_. The majority of the important ones
concern Taka.

If Taka is MC'ed during the following moves:

P / f+P+K / P+K+G / df+P

by these specific moves:

from any character: P / non-knockdown sidekicks (df+K) / FC low punch
Akira: f+P+G / d+P+G / f,f+P/ FC,f+P / P+K+G / f+P / d+K / PP
Sarah: PPP / f+P / f+P,df+P / d+K
Lau: PPP
Pai: uf+K / PPP / FC,f+P
Wolf: db+P
Jeffry: f,f+PP
Shun: d,df+PP / d+K / KKP / KKd+P
Lion: f+P / FC,f+P (closed stance) / df+P / TT P+K
Taka: df+P

then, if the Taka player is fast enough, and within throw range, he can
immediately throw his opponent after being hit.


If Lau MC's his opponent with his df+K sidekick and does not knock his opponent
down, his opponent can throw him.

If Akira MC's his opponent with either his f+P+G or d+P+G and and does not
knock his opponent down, his opponent can throw him.
