Storyline(top)

At the 3rd World Fighting Tournament Taka-Arashi suffered several narrow defeats to strong competitors who had styles that were completely unfamiliar to him. Losing at the tournament was a bitter humiliation he had never experienced before. Retreating from the world of sumō, Taka-Arashi felt he had lost everything. Desperate, he turned to his former stablemaster for help.

With the stablemaster’s guidance Taka-Arashi reignited his sumō career and set an unprecedented record of nine consecutive championship titles. As the sole reigning Yokozuna he was scheduled to appear for the ring-entering ceremony at the grand tournament but was nowhere to be seen. A voice then rang through the venue, announcing that Taka-Arashi had been disqualified.

Taka-Arashi had disappeared, and his whereabouts were unknown. In his ready-room, a sumō apprentice found an envelope and handed it to the stablemaster. Inside he found an invitation to the 5th World Fighting Tournament. Shaking with excitement and smiling broadly he bellowed, “Go forth Taka, and give them hell!”
